Referral Assessment
We review the referral information to assess suitability and ensure we can provide the right level of support. We work closely with referring authorities throughout.
Placement and Support Plan
Once a placement is confirmed, we create a tailored support plan with clear goals. The young person is introduced to their keyworker and their new home.
Comprehensive support, under one roof
Every placement includes a full package of support designed around the individual needs of each young person.
Supported Living Accommodation
Safe, suitable and well maintained accommodation for young people aged 16 to 18, provided as a self-contained unit or as a ring-fenced shared arrangement. Every young person has their own private bedroom, and communal areas are sized to support daily living and independence skills.

Practical, hands-on support with budgeting for food, bills and clothing, shopping and meal preparation, laundry and household tasks, personal hygiene, and kitchen, food and fire safety. A personalised life and social skills checklist is built with each young person.

Help to access apprenticeships, training and education, including identifying colleges and courses, completing applications, preparing CVs and practising for interviews. We contribute to Personal Education Plans and work with local colleges, employers and Jobcentre Plus.
