Built on a belief that every young person deserves better.
Guided Heights Care was founded with a clear vision: to provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for young people transitioning into adulthood, particularly those who have experienced challenges within the care system.
More than accommodation
The organisation was built on the understanding that many young people require more than just a place to live. They need guidance, stability, and the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to live independently and confidently.
Driven by a passion for making a meaningful difference, Guided Heights Care focuses on creating nurturing environments where young people feel valued, supported, and empowered. Through tailored support plans, strong relationships, and a commitment to personal development, we help each individual build resilience, gain confidence, and move towards a positive and independent future.
Our approach is centred on care, respect, and empowerment, ensuring that every young person we support has the foundation they need to thrive.

What we stand for
Safety First
Every young person in our care is in a safe, regulated environment with clear boundaries and round-the-clock support.
Empowerment
We believe in helping young people discover their own strengths and capabilities, not just providing a roof over their heads.
Respect
Every individual is treated with dignity. We listen, we adapt, and we ensure every young person feels genuinely valued.
Progress
Our support plans are built around measurable personal development. We celebrate every step forward, however small.
