Who we are

Guided Heights Care Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Our registered address is 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. You can contact us at info@guidedheightscare.co.uk or on 020 8013 5436.

What this notice does not cover

This notice is about the website only. It does not describe how Guided Heights Care processes personal information about the young people we support, about their families, or about staff. That processing is governed by the organisation's own data protection policy, which forms part of the policy manual held at each provision and at our office.

Information we collect

The enquiry form

If you use the enquiry form on our contact page, we collect the information you type into it: your name, your organisation, your email address, your telephone number if you provide one, the subject you select, and the content of your message.

Please do not use the enquiry form to send detailed personal information about a young person. Use it to start a conversation, and we will agree a secure route for referral documentation.

Technical information

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, including your IP address, the pages requested and your browser type. We do not use that information to identify individual visitors.

What we do not collect

• We do not use analytics, tag managers, advertising or tracking pixels.
• We do not build visitor profiles or track you across other websites.
• We do not set any cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

How the enquiry form works

The form posts to a serverless function running on our own Cloudflare Pages project. That function formats your message and sends it to us as an email using Cloudflare Email Service. Your submission is not written to a database, and it is not passed to a third-party form service.

The email is sent from a no-reply address on a sending domain operated by our website provider, Vervio Digital Co, with your email address set as the reply-to address so we can respond to you directly.

Why we process it, and on what basis

• To respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us and expect a reply.
• To discuss and arrange placements. Where an enquiry concerns a referral, our lawful basis is legitimate interests in the context of our contractual relationship with the placing authority.
• To keep the site available and secure. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in protecting our website and its visitors.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing. The service providers involved in running this website are:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, runs the form handler and delivers the enquiry email.
• Vervio Digital Co, which builds and maintains the website and operates the sending domain and the image CDN on our behalf.
• Google, which serves the web fonts used by the site. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and to meet our record keeping obligations, and are then deleted. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are retained for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• ask us to delete information where there is no good reason for us to keep it
• ask us to restrict or object to how we use it
• ask us to transfer it to another organisation, where that right applies

Links to other websites

Where this site links to another organisation's website, that organisation is responsible for its own handling of your information. This notice does not apply to those sites.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice whenever the website changes in a way that affects how information is collected, and we will change the date at the top when we do.
