Governance, safeguarding and day to day management sit with named people, each with the qualifications and the experience the role asks for.

Richard Okyiri

Director

Richard combines operational leadership, property management, and frontline experience supporting vulnerable young people. He holds a BA (Hons) in Architecture, a Master of Architecture (MArch), and a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.

With over three years' experience managing supported accommodation services, Richard has overseen property operations, compliance, maintenance, and multi-agency coordination to ensure safe, high-quality living environments. Alongside this, he has worked directly with young people aged 16-18 as a keyworker, supporting those affected by exploitation, trauma, and complex needs.

His unique combination of property expertise and child-centred practice enables him to create safe, well-managed accommodation while promoting positive outcomes, independence, and wellbeing for every young person.

Coral Joseph

Managing Director & Nominated Individual

Coral is an experienced leader with over eight years working across supported accommodation, residential care, and family support services. She holds an MA (Ed) in Guidance and Counselling, a Level 5 Diploma in Family Support Work, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Care.

As an experienced Ofsted Registered Service Manager, Coral has successfully led semi-independent services, managed residential homes, and worked closely with local authorities, families, and multi-agency professionals to achieve positive outcomes for young people.

She also serves as a Justice of the Peace, bringing over twenty years of public service, safeguarding expertise, and a strong commitment to protecting and empowering vulnerable children and young people.

Kofi Dixon

Business Development Lead (Co-Founder)

Kofi brings together business leadership, operational management, and frontline experience supporting vulnerable young people. He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.

With experience managing supported accommodation properties and supporting young people within 16+ services, Kofi has developed expertise in property compliance, safeguarding, and day-to-day service delivery. He has also worked directly with young people as a keyworker, helping them build confidence, independence, and practical life skills.

Kofi is passionate about developing high-quality supported accommodation services through strong partnerships, effective operations, and person-centred support that enables young people to thrive.

Alisha Vanden-Bossche

Registered Service Manager

Alisha brings over 20 years' experience across NHS, private healthcare, residential care, and supported accommodation services. She is currently completing her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence.

For the past five years, Alisha has managed supported accommodation services, leading teams that deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, and person-centred support for vulnerable young people.

Her extensive experience in safeguarding, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and multi-agency working ensures Guided Heights Care provides safe, nurturing accommodation that promotes independence and positive outcomes while meeting the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and Quality Standards.
