We aim to make every referral as smooth as possible for the referring professional and the young person.

Initial Enquiry

Contact us by phone or email to discuss the young person's circumstances, support needs, and whether our service is suitable. Initial conversations are informal and confidential.

Referral Submission

Submit the referral documentation through your local authority process. We will acknowledge receipt promptly and confirm next steps within two working days.

Assessment and Matching

We assess the referral carefully to ensure we can provide the right environment and level of support. We will discuss the outcome with the referring professional directly.

Placement and Transition

Once a placement is agreed, we coordinate a smooth transition for the young person. A personal support plan is developed with input from the young person and referring authority.

Who can make a referral?

What age range do you support?
We support young people aged 16-18 who are in or transitioning from the care system.
How quickly can you accept a placement?
We aim to respond to all referrals within two working days. Placement timescales depend on current availability and the complexity of the referral.
What is included in the placement cost?
Every placement includes accommodation, a tailored support plan, a dedicated keyworker, life skills support, education and employment guidance, and 24/7 on-call availability. Pricing is discussed on a case-by-case basis.
